INITIAL LITERACY AND NUMERACY RESOURCES |

Traditionally there has been a severe lack of appropriate teenage and adult initial literacy and numeracy resources. However, this situation is slowly changing and many primary school resources are now produced in an age neutral fashion which can be adapted for use by older students as well. The following initial literacy resource list is based on recommendations as received from teachers delivering the CIALN and is included in the new CIALN manual. It is supply here electronically so you can readily go to related website addresses. If you know of a good resource please email information to MEM and we may add it to the CIALN list! |
